2. Get Your Home Buying Roadmap: We’ll walk through the process of buying a home, from virtual or in-person tours to securing financing, so you know exactly what to expect.
3. Address Your Biggest Fear: You can ask me anything about the move. As a military spouse and mom who has relocated 18 times, I truly understand the physical and mental toll this takes. We’ll talk about how to make it smooth.

STEP 5:
UNDER CONTRACT
After your offer is accepted, you’re officially under contract! This is where things start moving behind the scenes: we’ll schedule inspections, negotiate repairs if needed, finalize financing, and work closely with the title company. We’re going to be right there with you through all of it. Here's what to expect:
Inspection
A licensed inspector will go through the home top to bottom, checking the roof, foundation, systems—everything. Once we get that report back, we'll review it together and decide if we need to negotiate repairs or credits. This is your chance to make sure everything is truly in good condition.
